2018-2024 Initiated and grew our Samsung Experience Store Retainer YOY from $0 in 2018 to $1,108,000.
Created original go-to-market campaigns and omnichannel events that consistently exceeded sales targets by 250%, becoming the first agency to consolidate Key Visual, Copywriting and Print portions of SES campaign development.
2024 Led successful OLG RFP to become AOR for next 5 years.
2022 Our Mobile Klinik Store Reinvention was implemented across 100+ stores in Canada in less than 4 months and won the Retail Council of Canada’s 2022 Excellence in Retailing award for the Best New In-Store Experience Design.

BEworks is one of the world’s leading global management consulting firms specializing in applying Behavioral Science to business and policy challenges.
I partner with Behavioral Science and Psychology PhDs to turn academic insights into action. I've also had the great privilege to work on global projects that positively impact society – such as developing interventions to stimulate participation in food waste collection for City of Montreal, rebranding HeroAI and creating an updated website for SickKids Doctors leveraging automation to revolutionize healthcare worldwide, and working with the Office of Development Affairs at the Presidential Court in Abu Dhabi, UAE on government identity systems and social influence periodicals, while assisting their Behavioral Science division that culminated with hosting the very first Behavioral Exchange Conference in the MENA region at BX2025.

I began my career at a CPG package design agency before transitioning into the retail space. After that I focused on building strong client and vendor relationships while leading agile, scalable teams that adapted to client needs in real time. This depth of in-store experience drove Samsung to entrust me with leading the strategy, planning, development, production, and installation of all Samsung Experience Stores across Canada for the next 6 years. During that time, I was responsible for optimizing the SES division budget and planning their annual marketing calendar – growing our SES retainer from $0 in 2018 to $1,108,000 in just a few years.
In addition to Samsung, I simultaneously managed multiple projects and teams for a range of exceptional brands, consistently balancing priorities to deliver world-class quality on time and on budget. I also played a key role in enhancing shopper and brand engagement within immersive store environments – driving retail innovation that helped brands stand out in a crowded market. With a diverse and hands-on skill set, I was uniquely positioned to oversee or support every stage of the process – from concept to production and installation – while ensuring brand consistency, print and fabrication quality, and Pantone accuracy.
